puzzle foam 3-5$ a sheet dependign on where you buy it ( need 2-5sheets on average)
car headliner spray glue -12-15$ per can( get the orange can kind from auto parts stores) ( need 1-2 cans)
spray paint 3-5$ per can, will need atleast 1 can for each color you want, if not 2 or 3 cans ( for main color)
Starter's brand version of HK under armor ( cuz its much cheeper by like 1/6 the price) ... 15-20$ each peaice, need top and bottom( shirt and pants)
boots (both DS costume i made used used boots) 20-30$ for new walmart brand ( guessing)
LED strip lights - 12$ for a 16ft roll on ebay ( used only about 3 feet of it for this costume)
helmet- from thrift store 5$
tubing - 32 cents per foot from lows - used about 2 feet
cloth ( to reninforce the craft foam) like 2$ a yard, need a yard or 2
craft foam about 0.75-1$ per sheet depending on the thickness ( get both kinds) need a mix of at least 10 sheets in a variety of colors, mostly black, buy at hobby lobby
umm yeah, thats the majority of the main things you need and the estimated price i paid
